TARGET SECURED!

Oh hello Scullybug.

42087: Saiko - Wednesday, May 29 2024 - 10:50 PM

That was an epic fight, worthy of news coverage, if not a place in magic annals.

42088: someone - Wednesday, May 29 2024 - 11:23 PM

Scully is here to mulder you.

42089: Sporf - Thursday, May 30 2024 - 12:13 AM

Right now I'm thinking it's fifty fifty that she's actually secured. I think they'll manage but I'm leaning towards her not going down so easily. She might be a brat, but she's also fairly powerful.

Piper: Oh, hi, Scullybug. Are you particularly flammable?

42091: chaosenjoyer - Thursday, May 30 2024 - 5:15 AM

yeah my brain just made the steven universe bubbling sound effect

42092: Darius Drake - Wednesday, May 29 2024 - 10:25 PM

I hope that Scullybug has something like time stop powers, otherwise her bubble is going to pop after being filled with fire in a moment.

Hmm. The hero guy is saying "target secured" without even bothering to look back. His sheer confidence in that implies that Scully's powers are very well geared towards capture, and aren't just a case of simply blasting people to bits. If that is the case, it would also make sense for Scully to partner with another hero who CAN blast things to bits.

Noah's story already has a guy that can freeze time (though he cannot affect living beings); if Scully can do something similar and can affect life, Piper's power level might just be completely irrelevant.

Ah yes, the "i have reserves, JUST right HERE" strategy, worthy of the Zerg if i have the daring to say that.

I feel like I'm not sure if this has actually worked yet, but it could be similar to Catz's bubbles.

42096: Silver - Thursday, May 30 2024 - 10:42 AM

Welp, guess she should have kept her range

42097: Ghost - Thursday, May 30 2024 - 5:49 PM

I'm conflicted on the one hand I'd love to see Piper finally taken down a notch and go (more) insane, after been rescued somehow from the creepy girl with an eye like one of the minions from noah's story. On the other hand I really do like fire and would find it amusing watching her burn everything within range in a hissy fit.
