Gotta wonder what Burk's seeing. Back when he encountered those enhanced boars, he saw a chance to tame a noble steed. Then when he met a funny little diplomat, that was obviously his new party wizard! So what's Mr. Golem gonna be - friend, foe, or a fond reminder of the action figures Burk used to play with as a kid 'til he accidently broke 'em all?

Yeah, I'm really worried now about Burk having way higher intelligence than we thought. His eyes right now aren't confident like we saw before with the headband, they're inquisitive, like he might be actually thinking... And from the way that eye looks to me, thinking in a totally different way than we've seen him think so far... until recently. My question is: what triggered this new, heightened Burk? Was it being near someone so powerful? Does this relate to the amulet and him falling out of the sky? Or is it just character development placed suspiciously? I'm very interested, neo. Very interested...

Well, for once let me praise you style Neo, this page flows very nicely and the end is a real cliffhanger...can't wait for more.
Only minor thing that bugs me, I can'ìt really make out the very last panel...no angles, no point of view...it's quite diffcult for me to distinguish shapes and using of shades.
I mean, I understand it's on purpose but...
