Liking the dialogue and flow.
@Neo - Some of the speech "bubbles" could be formatted slightly better, like the one by Mable on the first panel. You could make the "bubble" smaller so that the text fits evenly.

When I changed the font up a whole bunch of bubbles got shifted a bit.
Some day I'll probably sit down and reformat/fix a lot of old pages + typos too; but I gotta find the time to sit down for that.

To be fair to Noah, it's easy to miss wordplay like that when you're sleep deprived.
With his deft grasp of wordplay and the subtleties of humor, I'm sure Noah really is the life of the party.
In all seriousness, though, her ability is probably the most regular power in the series thus far. Congratulations!
