The ghoul accuses someone else of being an "anomalous and twisted creation", heh.
It seems to me the ghouls treat Tobi as some kind of technomancer princess, and think they know better than she does how to protect her, don't caring about her wishes too much (and about her fiends and associates too). But Three is more loyal and actually friendly.

@Syhkana: Infinighoul is using the plural to refer to Three (They/Twisted OneS/FoolS), so it means that, from the ghoul's point of view, Three is not one person, but multiple.
So I'm theorisying that may be why Three is "Three" - it's not a serial number.

Ghoul immortality may not be a sure thing based on these panels? (either coming from a higher power or a higher power being able to kill them)
Which tracks with them being so interested in Tobi and the game - something is probably using that as a baseline for adding ghouls into reality.
