From last we saw, most of your allies are still in danger. Guy is probably good, but Evyle is still unconscious inside a burning building, (Icey might not be considering her though) Burk is in danger of being potentially overwhelmed and having his painting damaged. While Passion and crew have taken out Scullybug, World's Oyster is supposed to kill Piper before engaging them. It remains to be seen if they can stop him.

Seems she had contact with the other heroes and clued them in, since she's talking about multiple allies. Wonder if she had time to talk with Nightshade? He might be able to help at the mastermind building.

I suspect she is alluding to Evyle who is in the very-on-fire Mastermind building, who most of the heroes who had their powers stolen by her feel possibly slighted by her and not too eager to stick their necks out to rescue her.
Possibly also Burk who is surrounded by an army of HeroDrop™ Heroes.
