Looking back through the chapter, she didn't have the dark brow shading, and she had mostly white ears (if with a green tinge after Noah lighted up), regardless of whether she was looking left or right.

It's just because she happens to be facing away from the only source of light.

I say she's standing to Noah's left, from our perspective.

In https://www.neorice.com/hoh_3284, when Noah hasn't lighted up, and Ciel is facing left, her ears are still mainly light coloured with blue edge, and she does not have a dark shade. Now they are mostly blue and she does.

We also see in that strip, that without his light source Noah has the dark shade under his bangs, that he retains when he lights a light practically in his face. (He also had that dark shade in better light in dream at the start of the chapter.)

So based on available evidence, there has been no connection between Noah's light and dark shades in the face in the chapter so far.

I mean, it is quite possible that you are right and that is what is intended - but the way lighting has worked the past in this chapter doesn't support the argument, rather the contrary, so I am open to more sinister suggestions. :-)
