Yes, darn those guys from central.
For those who wonder, nobody came to bring Noah flowers. Those came with the hospital bed. (You can tell because the empty bed has similar flowers!)

Gets beaten up, runs around in a forest fire while bleeding, walks around in the sewers while bleeding, gets ultrastunned +1 while bleeding. Yeah, you totally haven't given him a hard time Neo :]

I would argue that, compared to what happened to another character in the first iteration of this comic, this is but a bee's sting.

Seriously though, I don't feel like Suave McCoolJacket is suspicious of Noah at all really. He's too damn good of a cop. But what a loose cannon.
I think that the cop is just playing it cool mostly, not really serious about suspecting Noah, (also milking time away from his desk).
