Clearly, Hallowman represents the nightmarish experience of having to juggle several conversations at once. I feel you, buddy.
To be fair - and it can be hard to judge these kind of things in a 2D comic, but as far as I understand it - Noah has been in Hallowman's field of view this entire time. Wouldn't be a very good idea to move just yet.
But now that Hallowman has his back to Noah? Now's the time.

I see a lot of comments ripping on Noah for doing nothing, but as far as I can see, we haven't seen Noah in quite a few comics, no? For all we know, he's already poofed into someone's mind and noone has noticed him disappear because they have a ton else to pay attention to.
Of course, Noah lying on the ground offscreen doing nothing is still quite likely to be what's happening, but we don't know that for sure

Counted pixels between panel two and three: Noah occupies six pixels of panel 2, panel 3 shifts the camera by three pixels, but Noah is no longer seen on it. He's moving now.
...Or maybe I'm just completely overthinking it.

Looks like Noah is slowly worming his way towards Chernyl. He's definitely a bit further along the planks from where he landed.
Now I wanna see the hellscape that is her mind. The suspense is killing me. Even if it stems more from wanting this to end so we get more Tobi arc.
