Nothing wrong here its perfectly normal for giant horror babies to vomit up a river of blood, meat chunks and are those organs I think those could be organs. Neat free organs for all also word to the wise keep your mouth shut blowback can be horrible.
A surprisingly large number of stories I follow have gone full eldritch horror lately.
None of them started with the expectation that they were headed there, but here we are.

@Tom's friend: No, there are a few different genres at play here. Even Noah's stories aren't usually eldritch horror, but that's the way it's gone for him for a few of his chapters. Blame the government.
