This is very awesome ! And interesting. I previously realized that the paladin, Noël and evyle all worked differently as an Esper but to be so so different is really cool ! Burk could be a type of Esper or have Esper power and have spirit strength too with all of this

Illuani is suddenly my new favorite villain.
So it is a battle between Diplomatic Batman and Very Illegal Batman With Big Hat, for anyone that thinks of things that way.
Also, now that I think about it would Evyle manage to mess up Aristocrat with how Aristocrat wants to be a Hero, or would Aristocrat as an Aristocrat be more aware of the threats of fine print?

Now I'm wondering how Pablo - and for that matter, Illuani - recharge their diplomatic weapons. Pablo definitely smashed that jar of marbles since the last time he was in Livarall (on page 465 to be precise), and Illuani supposedly used most or all of his illegal weapons in his previous battle with a diplomat.
Seems like a guy with a big complex! It's not all about the size, you know? Quality over quatity and so on...
