I get the feeling Noah just made himself a priority target. At least if the cats are intelligent enough to understand what he just said, or they communicate with their master in some way. That, or it just doesn't want him to escape.

People have suggested that he's going to use his power, but I still kind of doubt it. Noah is shown to be *really good* with Mask, and we know that the cats are made of spirit. I don't don't see why it wouldn't have just as much trouble grabbing him as Kyra had trouble hitting him with spirit weapons (http://www.neorice.com/hoh_noah_1324) I suppose it's possible that the spirit cat's ability to transition between spirit and solid states might prevent that, but tl;dr my expectation is: "Noah wins by doing absolutely nothing, the trilogy"
