...sucks. No, really, I am getting quite tired of Noah. Can we get some character development anytime soon? I cringe whenever it's Noah time.
The only thing school really indoctrinated me with is an inability to really have much effort or ambition. Certain events at school just SQUEEZED that right out of me. I mean, military and religious schools probably indoctrinate but....I think in general teachers just teach stuff.

As for the page itself, I'm glad to see the slime guy fighting. Seeing unique powers getting put to good use is one of my favourite parts of any fight scene.

Now, I hate to immediately bring things down with negativity, but...
@Noah - He's really only had a crash-course in magic from a program barely qualified to teach it. He isn't a natural at it like Hevel. He didn't even really want to be there, so he lacks the enthusiastic hard work of Gazz (who also seems to have a lot of natural talent). Yet you're annoyed that he hasn't mastered an advanced application yet?
If you want protagonists who improve by leaps and bounds with little time or effort, maybe a shounen manga would be more your style.
