Geography Lesson.

Ohh.. so that's why it's not a big deal.

Secluded is one word that describes Rauel fairly well.

I guess you could say that the surrounding area is...deserted!

Maybe it's just me, but Baku and Delhara seem like they have had longer than average lives.

Think about it, they cleaned an entire desert of terrifying monsters, or at least enough for a town to settle. They built a town and then went on to live long enough to see modern weapons(which they didn't have back then). And they both look 30/40, so my guess is they have been granted immortality/long life somehow, or are just a long lived race.

And then Neo says "Oops, plot hole" :L

I'm personally wondering why do they even live there anyway? Is there any resources or trade routes in this middle-of-nowhere place?

Oh hey, geography exposition.

Point of interest: Delhara says "in this world" on the 3rd panel. Possible hint at there being another world (like where Noah was)?

Hey Neo... will we get to see a worldmap at some point?

I am curious about it since I started to see this comic >.<

Delhara is wayyy to optimist thats never a good sign.

@Tom: That is an interesting theory, but I think she might mean it as "The world isn't what it used to be" (As in, the Legendary Weapons aren't that powerful compared to modern weaponry).

Why is the town on stilts if it's in the middle of the desert? That is a tactic used only in places where it floods frequently. I don't think that's likely to happen where they are, but there's more going on here than what we realize yet

6181: Lady Dragoon - Thursday, February 26 2015 - 11:31 AM

That because no one found the key yet, ma'am.... or have they? :p

6182: Freako - Thursday, February 26 2015 - 3:32 PM

@WolfontheMoon: In the rainforest, some animals live in trees to avoid poisonous insects and predators that live on the ground. I think this is the same deal. With their city on stilts, all they have to worry about are flying predators.

Is it just me or does Baku look like captain falcon, just saying.
