I can see how Three's earlier sabotage would make Tobi look suspicious, but it probably helps that she had no clear opportunity to cheat. If they're smart, they'll hopefully realize that the apples and oranges game isn't the reason for her high score.

These fool-cretins do appear to gave created a situation in which the Infini-Lord has no reason not to cheat, as he's already suffering the social consequences for doing so - you may as well be hung for a sheep as a lamb and all that. They had a good chance of outplaying the red team by cooperating with the Lord Infinite and his minion Bindy - but he could turn on them just as easily. It'd only take one slip for the infini-girl to have met up with her Lord., but never mind that, he could use the threat of violence to compel cooperation from the other team red members.
If that was even necessary... After all, the glasses girl has already conspired to rob most of the players once, why wouldn't she pull a scheme that would defraud most of the greens (and hopefully, Levin)? She'd have more chances to meet with the Lord of Infinity while everyone on team green was plotting to keep him away from the infini-girl... and of course one member of team green isn't on screen so he may be the one team red is in league with. I can imagine the Infinite Lord having a good laugh about such an occurrence.
