Pictures Help.

Gotta have something in there for those visual learners yo.

In this non-specific-time-period-AU-thing is yolo accepted as an acceptable thing to shout while wielding a receptacle filled with rudimentary flammable explosives?

10162: Tom - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 1:45 AM

That explanatory picture wins the internet for today xD

10163: Neoriceisgood - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 1:52 AM

@John

Only in certain cultures.

10164: Rot - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 3:05 AM

Why are they all different colors?

10165: Bisected - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 5:15 AM

Nice diagram. =3

10166: Zoomo - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 6:11 AM

I have the feeling that Noah might not actually be a "Potential" magic user.

10167: random - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 6:14 AM

Yep, that explanatory picture pretty much makes the teacher awesome in itself. Gotta see how the magic powering journey will continue. (Yeah, curious about colors too.)

10168: verycoolname - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 6:37 AM

...well, at least he's a better artist than Burk. I also like Noah's new nickname.

10169: itblobboy - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 7:30 AM

Those visual learners xD Yeah, that won the internet today.

You know, I feel like Noah's story has the most "potential" to go in any direction right now.

10170: itblobboy - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 7:37 AM

OH! Also, Noah being called Windows reminds me of Yume Nikki. So does Noah's power, now that I think about it.. I haven't seen the connection made in past comments so I gotta now :P

10171: Leo - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 8:14 AM

Can anyone get those two different shades of their spirit colour, which the metaphor-seeky instructor demonstrates in panel 7?

10173: UnknownID - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 10:46 AM

The picture is really great! :D

10174: Natemare - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 10:56 AM

So it just occurred to me that Tobi also has an aura of sorts, which could mean she's a *potential* magic use as well? However why she wasn't effected by the crystal is still unknown to me, maybe potential users aren't effected by that sort of thing?

10175: Storm - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 12:21 PM

If all of the teachers are like that, this new magical school might be TONS of fun!

Freakin' love that picture.

10176: phyrex - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 1:46 PM

@zoomo
Yeah what he said, how come Noah and Felix are in the magic potential class ?
We already know felix is pandemonium and that noah is free magic.
Is the empire's program that much misguided and dumb ?

10177: Neoriceisgood - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 1:50 PM

@Phyrex

Give it a page, fyi Noah's Pandemonium too.

10178: Jack Morgan - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 3:04 PM

Why must Noah be such a moody teen all the time? Yeesh.

I do have to agree with his purple haired friend, though. His glow looks good on him.

10179: Storm - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 3:07 PM

@Neoriceisgood

Thanks for my new desktop background!

For anyone else do wants to try it, the cropped area in Panel 8 is about 228-by-138 pixels. I put it into a 249-by-140 Paint image (my screen's 1920-by-1080, so 16/9 width/height ratio).

YOLO!

10180: John - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 6:07 PM

@Leo
I thing that you only have one colour, it's just that Garth's left hand doesn't have the secondary darker blue aura. (or right hand from the reader's perspective)

10181: Exasperation - Saturday, August 20 2016 - 9:44 PM

@Phyrex On page 605, they said that a) pandemonium types could be trained to use potential and b) pandemonium types whose specific powers were not deemed useful enough would be trained as potential users instead. So while they do seem to have missed Noah's power, they could just consider Felix's power useless.
